Attorney Pelczarski has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, the oldest lawyer publication based on peer review ratings, in the area of commercial litigation every year since 2005.  In 2013, Best Lawyers named her Rhode Island “Lawyer-of-the-Year” in Litigation-Land Use Law.  She was named by Best Lawyers as the 2014 "Lawyer-of-the-Year" in Litigation—Labor and Employment.  More recently she was recognized again as Best Lawyer in Land Use Law for 2015.
